WT auf der HUSUM Wind 2025

Find out what topics WT addressed at HUSUM Wind 2025 and how the company is moving toward 380 kV.

The first of four days at HUSUM Wind 2025 is over, and WT Energiesysteme was right in the thick of it.

This is an incredibly exciting time for us: alongside managing partners Michael Bohnefeld and Dietmar Tietz, our entire sales team is here on site, as are our colleagues from WT Energiespeicher and the management team at EAS Energiesystemtechnik.

Under the trade fair’s motto, “Transforming Energy”, we are not only showcasing the further development of our battery storage systems and switchgear, but also demonstrating how, with WT Energiesysteme, we are taking things to the next level and venturing into a new voltage class: 380 kV extra-high voltage.

Sales Manager Robert Stefaniak explains: “Projects are growing. The power output per wind turbine is increasing. The high-voltage grid is reaching its limits, and customers are switching to the extra-high-voltage grid. For us, it is a logical step to support our customers in making this transition.”

The trade fair is the perfect opportunity for us to meet partners, customers and suppliers, to forge new contacts and to strengthen existing relationships. In just a few days, we can hold so many in-depth and productive discussions.

At the same time, we demonstrate to customers that we can cover the entire range of services. From planning and the manufacture of switchgear cabinets right through to installation by our own electrical fitters and the connection to the power line. A turnkey substation from a single source – a unique selling point that very few companies can still offer.

Even after commissioning, we remain by our customers’ side: with our own safety inspectors, maintenance and service offerings that ensure every substation can be operated reliably and safely in the long term.

The first day has already demonstrated just how valuable the trade fair is for us, and we are looking forward to the coming days full of inspiration, face-to-face discussions and new perspectives.
