Tour de Dresden at WT Energiesysteme in Riesa

Almost 50 students, many questions and a great deal of interest in the energy transition and the people behind it: At this year's Tour de Dresden, we were delighted to welcome the students to our site in Riesa.

The participants travelled from Dresden to Riesa on a bus provided by us, where we first introduced WT Energiesysteme and our various areas of work.

Then it became practical: In small groups, the students had the opportunity to get to know different areas of our company and speak directly with our experts. The conversations were not only about technology and our projects, but also about personal career paths and the various opportunities to start a career at WT.

The many questions and conversations showed just how great the interest is in our topics and in the career opportunities within our company. After the exchange, a barbecue gave everyone the opportunity to continue the conversations in a relaxed atmosphere.

Perhaps there was another encounter this time that will lead to something more. At the last Tour de Dresden, exactly such an encounter developed into a valuable contact who is now part of our team.

At this point, a special thank you goes to all our colleagues who presented their areas of expertise with so much enthusiasm, passion and knowledge, and who took the time to engage with the students. It is precisely this personal exchange that makes days like these so valuable to us.

We are looking forward to the next encounters!
