International Women's Day at the WT Group

To mark International Women’s Day, our management team presented every female employee of the WT Group with a rose. A small gesture of appreciation for their dedication, their expertise and their contribution to our shared success. But it is about so much more than that.

International Women’s Day stands for more than just recognition. It serves as a reminder of the long road towards equal rights and opportunities for women in society and the workplace. Much has improved, but equality remains an issue that requires attention and collective commitment.

Often, it is not the major events, but the small moments in everyday life that show how important it is to treat one another with respect and consideration. Listening, taking different perspectives seriously and highlighting people’s contributions are steps that each and every one of us should take in our day-to-day work.

As the WT Group, we work every day to create an environment in which diversity, respect and fair opportunities are the norm. An environment in which all colleagues can contribute their strengths and shape the future together.

International Women’s Day reminds us to consciously continue along this path. Not just on 8 March, but on every other day of the year.

In the past, women have already made a decisive contribution to progress through their knowledge, experience and dedication.
