A Special Year-End Celebration for a Special Team

On December 12, we gathered at the Bilderberg Bellevue Hotel to look back on an eventful year together. In addition to figures, data, and facts, the focus was primarily on personal exchanges and an exciting outlook for 2026.

An emotional highlight was the recognition of our colleagues who have been with WT Energiesysteme for 10, 15, and 20 years. With their dedication, professionalism, and the passion they bring to their work every day, they have had a lasting impact on our company. This long-standing loyalty is not something to be taken for granted and deserves the highest appreciation.

The day’s program was enriched by special guests. Attorney Dr. Marc Maisch provided a fascinating and insightful look at the topic of cybercrime, which drew great interest. Prof. Katharina Christl added a cultural touch by bringing along nine young dancers from the Palucca University of Dance in Dresden. The dancers’ performance impressed the audience with its expressiveness and precision and was met with great appreciation by everyone in attendance.

Susan Uhlemann’s presentation on the work of LebensHeldin! e.V. was also very moving. The organization supports women diagnosed with cancer, as well as their loved ones, on their journey toward emotional healing—even long after medical treatment has ended. It’s a topic that moved many of us and gave us much to think about.

After these intense hours, however, the day was far from over for WT. We hopped on a WT Energiesysteme tram and headed to the Stromwerk for the Christmas party. In a cozy, rustic atmosphere, we celebrated together with our colleagues from WT Energiesysteme, WT Energiespeicher, and EAS, as well as with our closest partners and companions. Schmidt’s treated us to culinary delights, while Alain Frei kept the mood lively with his stand-up comedy routine. DJane Ghia and the band Schwarzkittel Five got the dance floor shaking. Those who preferred something more creative stopped by the photo booth and then headed to the gingerbread station, leaving with sticky, sweet hands.

We would like to take this opportunity to extend our special thanks to FUCHS Event + Incentive GmbH. Their collaborative planning, reliable support, and keen attention to detail made this day truly special. The atmosphere spoke for itself. A heartfelt thank you for this outstanding collaboration.

We are grateful for this strong sense of community and are delighted to have been able to provide our colleagues with such a dignified and wonderful end to the year. We wish everyone a peaceful holiday season.
