35 Years of Experience Shaping the Energy Infrastructure of Tomorrow

More than 35 years of experience meets the demands of the energy transition. Henriko Peplow explains what matters most when it comes to grid infrastructure.

When we talk about the expansion of the transmission grids today, the conversation is often about numbers.

⚡ More transmission lines.
⚡ More substations.
⚡ More capacity.

But behind every one of these projects are people with decades of experience.

One of them is Henriko Peplow.

For more than 35 years, he has been involved in the development of Germany’s energy supply.

From traditional power plant structures to today’s energy transition.

Today, he is responsible for the 380 kV substations division at WT Energiesysteme.

For him, one thing is clear:

“The energy transition is not only about how many wind or solar parks are built, but also about whether we can safely integrate the electricity generated into the grid and deliver it to consumers.”

With this experience, Henriko and his team are shaping the next generation of energy infrastructure.

We are pleased to be on this journey together.
